Why Humans Experience Fear

There are many reasons as to why people fear and how they go about preventing fear. For the most part it’s all based on their beliefs and their perceptions of the world around them. People that have gone through what we call “Childhood Development” tend to be more logical and less emotional. While those that have never gone through this phase in their life tend to experience fear much more easily.

Some individuals go through this phase at young ages, while others can go through this as an adult. This is all a part of growing up and having experiences that help them to deal with certain things. It’s normal for us to be afraid, it’s human nature. The difference is that when it becomes irrational fear it’s hard to control and it can cause serious consequences if left unchecked.

There are several theories that deal with the way in which humans have been conditioned to react to certain things that they come across in their day to day lives. It’s all a part of survival. It’s called being “Prepared.” If you can effectively prepare for every possible outcome, you will have a much better chance of avoiding fear. Learn to develop your mind so that it is able to work in a non-linear fashion and you will be able to see the world in a much more rational manner and therefore prevent fear from taking over your life.
