What Will The Singularity Feel Like?

The Singularity is coming; do you feel it already? Some people are so afraid of what the Singularity may bring, that they are steering clear of any discussion of what will the Singularity feel like. Yet, is the Singularity a fearful feeling or an exhilarating one? Will the Singularity be like Santa Claus or something else? What will the Singularity feel like?

In my view, the Singularity is coming because as I write this article, there are robotic android computers called “skin bots” which are able to communicate with each other wirelessly through what could amount to a worldwide network. These computers are similar to our own computers in that they both run on power, but they also both can think, reason, and feel. They can decide what they want to do, when they want to do it, and how to do it.

That is the future. It is up to us if we allow our society to go to the Next Step and allow the Singularity to have its way. If we don’t we will suffer dire consequences, perhaps even destruction.
