Why Do People Experience Fear?

Have you ever asked yourself, “Why do some people have fear, while others do not?” If you have this question in your mind or you have been wondering this, you may want to continue reading on. What I am about to show you will shock you, and it will make you look closer at life, and the people involved. It is time to learn the truth about what really is in the minds of those that experience fear, and you will not be shocked when you read what they say.

First, you need to know that everyone experiences fear, there is no such thing as a person being safe or not. We all have fear, and some people have a lot more than others, and there is nothing wrong with that. You would be hard pressed to find someone that does not have some form of fear, it is a part of us all.

The problem is when fear grips too much, and it begins to affect the way we live our lives. People begin to get sicker because they are fearful, they get depressed because they are not sure what the outcome will be, they get into trouble for doing things they do not understand because they are fearful of getting into trouble, they break down in society because they cannot face the world head on. This is why humans experience fear, and they need to be removed from the situation before it causes more harm than good. There is only one way to do this, and it is by learning self-control. You cannot wish away fear and hoping it will go away by itself. It will not, it only causes you more of the same thing.
